FAQs
Yes. Every ticket gives you access to the event from 23–26 November 2026.
Your Delegate ticket includes access to one Leadership Summit of your choice. You can select your preferred summit when purchasing your ticket.
View the agenda for each programme and choose the sessions most relevant to your role, interests and goals.
Yes. The ASHRAE Training ticket includes all access provided with the Visitor ticket.
Yes. Big 5 Global is open only to visitors aged 21 and over. Visitors under 21 will not be admitted, even if they hold a ticket.
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
Yes. After purchasing your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice.
Early-bird rates offer up to 60% off the final ticket price and are available until 15 October. Standard online rates will apply after this date, followed by onsite rates from 23 November.
We highly recommend planning your visit ahead of time using the Event at a Glance, Floor plan and Exhibitor list. Once you’re at the event, use the Big 5 Global app to navigate the show floor and find exhibitors, stages and key areas.
HVACR World does not cover travel or hotel costs. However, visitors can access partner offers from Emirates, Eventbeds and Careem to help reduce the cost of flights, hotels and local transport. We highly recommend planning your trip in advance to avail the best offers.
